I just wanted to again express how pleased I am with Far West Roofing. We had a situation where blowing snow was coming into our attic and after water damage to our ceiling in a brand new house decided to call to get a second opinion. Doug was amazing, knowledgable, and honest! We opted to replace the turtle vents that were clearly not installed correctly or adequate for the weather in this area, even though the builder had a different opinion. Far West Roofing installed a ridge line vent system and we have had ZERO issues. Tonight with the worst wind and blowing snow than we have experienced we checked the attic - not a drop of water, not a snowflake. Thank you again for your knowledge and above all your honesty. I got three bids for a roof I needed replaced. These guys were the cheapest bid so I was wary of the quality. However, after talking with some of the people who had them do work for them, I went ahead. Wow. what a great company! They did a fast and very good job. I am impressed. We called Far West based on a recommendation from my sister and have been very pleased with the service we’ve received! They fixed the first leak around our skylight very quickly and efficiently. There is a second leak that is being stubborn and difficult to patch but every time I call the customer service has been so helpful and kind. Hoping we don’t need to have our roof fixed again in the future but if it does need fixing, I will definitely be using Far West again.

I needed someone to come check out an issue that was on my inspection report for the house I bought. He was on time, friendly and explained the situation to me in full detail. It turned out the work that "needed" to be done on the inspection report was purely cosmetic and would be pricey to change. There was no charge for the trip to my house or his time there.
